    Read and become thoroughly familiar with all productions (scripts)

    Collaborate with staff, production teams, and act as supervisor for volunteers

    Meet regularly with the costume designer to review the progress of the design

    Attend and participate in all fittings, first dress rehearsals, and strikes

    Support monitoring the condition of all costume-associated spaces

    Maintain current knowledge of all costume shop equipment

    Understand and execute precise instructions (sizing, patterns, material specifications, etc.)
